Greetings Beemers & More,

Just returned from an amazing 2 week Alaska Trip 7/24 - 8/6. Thank you for taking care of my 600 mile service before the journey. The bike (R1200 GSA) performed flawlessly. It is in need of a 6000 mile service now :)

Would do it all again in a second. Total trip mileage 6440. The weather was outstanding. Had two brief rain showers.

-Mark B.

After a friend raved about the service he received at Beemers & more, we gave them a try. We too, were impressed with the unbeatable customer service, prices, and quality care they provided. You too will be glad you gave them a try. Call Roxanne or Steve today.

I just wanted to write and tell you what a pleasant experience I had at your shop last Friday, Glad to finally find a small shop to do business with. I’ll be back!

-Michael D.

We wanted to pass along a thanks for the repair that Steve did on the left J-Peg of our 2005 LT. The ride back was nice through Colorado and New Mexico until we got to Texas. Then it turned to blast furnace hot. The evaporating cooling vests made by TechNiche International worked to keep the core temperature down. Those along with camelback helped prevent heat stroke and dehydration on the way back. At any rate, I really wanted to say thanks for working us in on the repair on Monday.

Well all I have to say is thanks… it’s nice to know that there’s a motorcycle shop out there that treats their customers great. You guys have been taking care of my baby, the RT, every since I have had it. I like the personal service that you provide and your ability to keep my bike in running shape so I don’t have to worry about it. I have never had any problems with any of the work that you guys have done for me; not like some of the shops that I have had work on my trips – thinking about a new tire that I had put on buy they forgot to set the ABS sensor :-(. Better yet, you all answer all of my questions and make recommendations that are super…. Again, thanks guys… sure do appreciate it.

-Bob

My girlfriend and I were new riders and embarked on a 20000 mile motorcycle trip. We bought our bikes from Beemers & more and could not have been happier. The service was above and beyond any that we had experienced on our journey and would recommend them to anyone. We trust this independent shop more than many BMW corporate shops we have visited. The experience and knowledge are seldom paralleled anywhere in the country. If you are looking to buy a bike, service one, or drop in to check it out, it will be well worth it.

It was an unexpected surprise to meet you all in 2008 and have you play an important role in the fun in my life. Helping me into scooting, going for a 200 rather than something smaller, getting fir into good gear that works hot-and-cold, picking a pipe, tunes, maintenance, tires… it’s been a lot of fun for me. Thanks a bunch and looking forward to another great year!

-Dan

I absolutely love my scooter. I have already put over 420 miles on it and haven’t driven it for a few weeks because of the weather. I even drove it to Estes Park in November. Thanks for all your help.

-Leticia

Thank you so much, I do appreciate your efforts. I met two guys from Casper, WY that I was camped next to at the rally in Spearfish and then again at Gillette. The boots came up for discussion one night and they told me if anyone could find the parts you could and they were right. They also told me they take their BMWs to you guys because you guys “are the best”.

-Ken B.

Thank you for all your efforts with my new 1200RS. My trip to Durango via Ouray Silverton was simply AWESOME. & the new Dunlops worked great. You guys have a great store & I know your business will be successful.

-Bob

I am writing to thank the mechanic who answered my question while I was on the road I spoke to (can’t remember his name) and he was not in but called me back. I appreciate it, his answer put my mind at ease and I had a wonderful trip. Also my thanks to Roxane for steering to the Rev’it pants instead of a rain suit.

As a very recent transplant from Chicago, I had a lot of important priorities that I needed to tend to (where to get my hair cut, a good dry cleaner, breakfast place, and most importantly where to get my BMW serviced). Having just arrived, and not having an opportunity to link up with the local riding community, I made an appointment at a BMW dealership for my 12k service. However, a couple of days before my appointment, I had the unfortunate experience of someone backing into my bike in a parking lot. While I was surveying the damage, a customer of yours was walking to his car and told me about your business. The next day I came in for an estimate and you now have a customer for life (or for as long as I can still ride at least).

Not only was I impressed with Roxanne’s knowledge and professionalism during the estimate process, she made me feel like I really mattered and not just another guy who needed his bike fixed. On the service side, the 12k service and repairs were completed on time and the quality of the work was excellent. The shop is clean and well organized with a good selection of clothing and accessories. Oh, I almost forgot, Thursday is Bike night and if you have a chance it’s well worth it to swing by for.

-Henry

Just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to meet with me and hear about Turning Point Center for Youth and Family Development.

-Nathan

Thanks to Steve and you for a great service to me. I appreciate you! Tell Steve, the setting on the shocks are almost there.

This gear is awesome. Went for a ride today and I still think it is awesome. Looks good, well-made and comfortable.

-Jim

Vaughn and I wanted to thank you again for your fabulous service. If it had not been for your shop, we would not have enjoyed the trip as much as we did.

They say that things happen for a reason and that they tend to work out for the best. Well we absolutely believe I that as one of the best things on our trip was meeting everyone at your shop. You and your staff were so kind and gracious to us in getting the Beemer fixed and back on the road.

Life is an adventure and a big part of that is meeting people and experiencing new things and places. You can be sure that whenever we tell people about our trip we make sure they hear all about your shop and how great everyone there was to us.

-Pam

Beemers and More" picked up our wrecked 1200GS and repaired it to like-new. Thank you Roxanne and Steve for all your great service!

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment you on the recent work that you have done on my motorcycles. I am pleased to have finally found a credible BMW maintenance facility nearby that has the customer's best interest at heart. Not only did you complete the work as promised, when I picked up the bike you had cleaned it to the point of nearly detailing it for me. I really appreciate you taking the time to do that and it demonstrates your willingness to go the "extra-mile" for your customers. I appreciate the fact that as "riders" you always seem to know what is most important to me. Keep up the good work and it will return to you in multiples!

Testimonials are great PR tools but, for us, to stand up and be counted as loyal customers of Beemers & more Motorcycle Works is not enough. It can be so difficult to find companies out there who stand by their work and their word, that, when we do, we want to speak up. A company is as good as the way it is run, and the people who work there. Beemers & more is Roxanne and Steve. It was started based on their passion for motorcycling, what it can offer anyone who rides, and on what they felt was so often missing in customer service businesses. In-depth knowledge and expertise, and a "walk the talk" commitment to customer service are just two qualities that led us to go with the company. Their work ethic is unparalleled in our experience- and, boy, do we have experience with all kinds at "reputable" motorcycle dealerships and service departments. We are not just customers who have "work" done at Beemers & more, we have developed a relationship with Roxanne and Steve - in large part, due to their outstanding work, their follow-up, their attention to detail, and their true care and commitment to their clients. They have gone out of their way to meet our needs and beyond. Many people have talked a good game over the years- but, so often it did not translate into action. That will never come up with Roxanne and Steve.

I've been very comfortable dealing with Roxanne and Steve at Beemers & more. As a new rider, and a woman rider, it is important to me to be encouraged and not feel intimidated. They are knowledgeable, experienced and willing to listen. It is nice to have someone to turn to who understands a woman's perspective on motorcycles and riding. From my first time in the shop, I have felt like a valued customer.

Heidi F.

Thank you both, again, for bracing Mother Nature yesterday to share your wealth of final dive knowledge with our club members. You reinforced the importance of meticulous attention to every step in the scheduled maintenance protocol.

While I’m normally an optimist, my optimism is enhanced knowing the Bemmers & more team is standing by to help

It is nice to have an independent shop in Northern Colorado that focuses on BMWs. Steve and Roxanne are great people and very capable. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

My wife, Suzanne, and I have known Roxanne for a long time - before she was president of the BMW Motorcycle Club of Colorado, before she graduated from college, and before she became a lawyer.

The important thing is that we still know her, and now we know her husband, Steve Eddins. When it comes to BMW motorcycles, both of them can tap into countless years of experience in dealing with motorcycles and accessories. It is more significant to know that they first deal with people. And they do it in the nicest manner I have ever seen in ANY motorcycle shop.

Tires, Batteries. Oil changes. Regular service. These are the normal things that get handled professionally for reasonable people in reasonable time for a reasonable price. It is the unreasonable that they handle even better.

Last year, Suzanne's '84 R80RT decided to shatter its own transmission outside of Grand Junction. The dealer there said that they really didn't have much experience with BMW transmissions, but we could store the bike there for free until we returned from our vacation. That was very nice. We parked the bike in a long row of old Hondas.

When we got back into town, I called Roxanne and asked if I could bring the bike to the shop on Saturday. "Of course" she said. So, I went to Grand Junction, loaded the bike into my pick up, and took it to them. I didn't know that normally they were not open on that Saturday of the month, but they were there to help me unload the bike and write a work order. "By the way," I said, "Suzanne would really like to have it back by next weekend."

On Monday I got a call from Roxanne: rebuild the junk, get a new transmission, or get a used one with low miles? The latter was the least cost. The bike was ready by Thursday and the used transmission has performed flawlessly.

I live in Parker. Yes, I will drive to Ft. Collins for parts, service, and accessories with the certain knowledge that I am their most important customer. Yes, I know; every one of their customers is the most important.

Finally a place for BMW-riders in Northern Colorado that really understands what great customer service means. Not only are Steve and Roxanne valuable sources of information about the latest products, they have the know-how and expertise to put it all together to enhance your riding experience. Beemers and more Motorcycle Works has been great keeping our GS up to snuff which has allowed us to spend more quality time on the road and that is right where we want to be. Thanks!!

"I have to admit that I was pretty shocked when you announced that I had won the REV’IT Jacket. I have never won anything before in my life before… I am so thrilled…

I very much appreciate your willingness to exchange the original jacket for a Cayenne Pro… I am convinced that the XYL was the more appropriate size for me. The quality of the REV’IT Jacket is superb as I now have the chance to do a side by side with my Olympia AST which I also enjoy very much.

I really appreciate all the things that you do for us to make our sport fun and exciting. I value your knowledge advice and experience… you have always made me feel very welcomed even when I came in with the most basic questions. Your dealership/shop serves as an important focal point for a lot of door things that happen in our little “community” of riders. I think that it is great you have provided us with an opportunity to socialize and to get to know other riders in the area with your Thursday evening events.

Steve, I really enjoyed your technical presentation comparing the BMW and Moto Gutzi drive shaft designs that you did several weeks ago. I wonder if you would consider doing some more of the technical stuff… it would be interesting to go over some of the major systems on some bikes… perhaps even showing us some of the unique and interesting repairs that come through your shop."
